Rob is a native Ohioan, but moved to Chicago and began his comedy and improvisation journey in the late 90s while training at the famed Second City Theatre, as well as Improv Olympic and The Annoyance Theatre.

Liz is a Kent State University graduate majoring in Musical Theater and Marketing. She graduated with honors, Summa Cum Laude and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Nick Doyle is from Canton, OH and has become a vital part of the success of The Improvaneer Method.

Audrey Costilow is from Amherst, Ohio and one of the Original Improvaneers. Like Nick, her passion and dedication quickly lead her to being a team leader and trusted player in the troupe.

Zionna Redmon is an aspiring actress! Improvisation plays an important role, not only in acting, but in life too. She hopes to inspire her participants with improvisation to be confident in everything they do!

Professional Advisor

Anna Esbensen, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
